Getting started...

Slab is measured and marked and footings are dug.  Fill sand is brought in and ready...

Permanent forms are in and we are getting the fill sand leveled and ready for compaction and treatment.

In-slab plumbing in place, we continue compacting the sand getting ready for the ready mix... 

After compaction, we treat with a strong dose of subterranean insecticides.  After treatment, we put a plastic moisture barrier down.  Then the footings and slab areas are all steel reinforced.

Ready mix is trucked in at a 300 kg per cubic meter ratio and premixed with a chemical water sealant. 

Now we wait for the slab to cure.

 The bathrooms are plumbed,  treated, prepped, and poured...

Terrace and steps are prepped and poured.

"Thai Style" profiles are measured, placed, and marked... leveling lines are pulled... and we are ready for exterior walls.

End of brickies, Day 1...

End of Brickies Day 2, things are taking shape.  Every cavity adjacent to a window or door frame is steel reinforced and filled with high tensile strength mortar.

3/8" steel headers are welded into place at every door and window frame.

End of Brickies Day 3...

End of Brickies Day 4... All exterior walls are to roof height and all load bearing points are reinforced and poured.

Roof is 100%... Interior rendering is 100%... Now we're ready for the suspended ceiling.

Suspended ceilings are first lined with R16 fiberglass insulation Batting.

Gypsum installed, we are ready for taping and mudding...
