Today, we begin construction of another gorgeous, personally customized, Plan D home and pool package.

Having special requirements, Brad and Sonia added a large work room and moved the carport to suit their needs.

This massive floor plan also includes an additional outdoor accessible toilet/wet room making this a 5 bathroom home!

 Fully measured and marked, we begin the trenching for footings and slab...

 Permanent forms are constructed for footings and slab.

 When the forms are finished to specified levels, the fill sand is graded and compacted.

 Treated for subterranean insects, the pad is layered with moisture barrier plastic and then steel reinforced.

Ready mix is brought in at a 300 kg per cubic meter mixture and chemical additives are included as extra moisture barrier.

 Bathrooms are graded, plumbed to specifications, treated, prepped, and poured.

Up to header height, support cavities are steel reinforced and filled with high tensile strength concrete.
